Project-Based Work

Every project begins with a detailed discovery, analysis, and scope of work document to ensure both parties are aligned. This process minimises the possibility of disputes or cancellations.

Projects are structured in milestones. Since time and effort are invested into each milestone, refunds are not applicable for completed work.

If a project is terminated by mutual agreement, the client will retain ownership of all work completed up to that point. Any pending payments for incomplete stages will be voided, however, previous deposits or payments will not be refunded.

Once the client approves the design mock-ups and we move into the development phase, no refunds will be issued.

Partial refunds are not available for projects that are midway through a milestone.
Marketing & SEO Services

SEO and digital marketing packages are non-refundable due to the nature of ongoing effort and resources involved.

Clients may cancel such packages with a 30-day written notice.

Campaigns or packages offered on special promotions or limited-time discounts are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Abandoned or Dormant Projects

Deposits and payments will not be refunded for projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days.
